Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: October 21, 2026
REDROCER is currently in development and testing. Features may change, and test builds may contain bugs. Keep independent backups of recordings that matter to you.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the REDROCER website, app and test builds. By using them, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use REDROCER.
2. Permission to use REDROCER
Subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple terms, REDROCER gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the app for lawful creative work. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Your recordings and other content
You keep ownership of audio, images and projects you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, import, transform, export and share that content. REDROCER does not claim ownership merely because you use the app.
Do not use REDROCER to infringe copyright, violate privacy, make unlawful recordings, distribute harmful material, or break applicable laws. Recording-consent rules vary by location and situation; it is your responsibility to follow them.
4. Device access and exports
Some features need microphone, media-picker, file or system-capture access. You control those permissions through iOS. When you export or share content, you choose the destination and become responsible for the exported copy and the destination service's terms.
5. Test builds and changes
Development and TestFlight builds are provided for evaluation. We may add, remove or change features, file formats, compatibility or availability. We may end a test or withdraw a build. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve REDROCER, without transferring ownership of your recordings.
6. Intellectual property
The REDROCER name, icon, interface, website, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to REDROCER and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services
Apple, TestFlight, the App Store, Instagram, Threads and any export destination are independent services with their own terms. REDROCER is not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. No professional or safety-critical use
REDROCER is a creative audio tool. It is not designed for emergency, legal-evidence, medical, aviation, industrial-control or other safety-critical recording. Do not rely on it as the sole copy of irreplaceable material.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDROCER is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of every recording. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDROCER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of recordings, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the app or website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
11. Ending use
You may stop using REDROCER at any time. We may restrict access to a test build when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or discontinuation. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
12. Applicable rights and disputes
These Terms do not remove mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country. Any dispute should first be raised through the support channels below so we can try to resolve it informally. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by mandatory law and the location of the REDROCER operator.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as REDROCER develops. The revised date will appear above. Questions can be sent through the support page or REDROCER's public social channels.
